Facility Management Specialist – MILAN – (Ref. FMS MI 2024-06)

Location: Milan - Smart Working

BumaQ is looking to hire a Facility Management Specialist to join its Operations Team in Milan. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the candidate will oversee assigned tasks and projects related to Facility Management. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing, organizing, supervising, and controlling Hard and Soft Facility Management services provided by third-party vendors.
  • Coordinating and supervising routine and extraordinary maintenance activities on buildings and systems, including managing external suppliers and professionals.
  • Conducting inspections, on-site audits, and technical evaluations.
  • Preparing detailed technical reports.
  • Assessing the maintenance and conservation status of properties and systems.

What We’re Looking For:
BumaQ seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Technical education (e.g., surveyor, technician, engineer) and at least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business buildings and their systems, such as electrical, HVAC, heating, fire prevention, elevators, and special systems.
  • Autonomy, responsibility, proactivity, professional demeanor, consultative approach, and customer-oriented mindset.
